Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6960

Plenty of blue ink in cartridge.  Printer will not print blue at all.  Cleaned heads, did full maintenance but no solution.  I recall about a year ago something about a bad cartridge being sent out.  I think this might be the problem.  I have no other cartridges available to try.
