The printer is printing Blury lines instead of strait ones, and leaving white streaks and gaps where they're should be black ink. It gets worse nearer the bottom of the page. Colour is fine.
I have cleaned the cartridges and aligned the heads but it's doesn't help.
What should I do?

If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
