My print is blurry and I've done absolutely everything on here with no effect, only had it about a month printed a few pages fine but next time it was blurry. Did test and test confirmed it needed to be aligned but after I perform this action nothing changes.

I've found if I print documents via the hp app and not direct from Microsoft app the quality is fine. Thanks for your time and other suggestions but hopefully this will continue to solve my problem.

Hi the printer is a 2800e desktop printer, I'm running it from a Motorola android phone. Apart from that I'm not much help as I really know about printers but I have done all the things on the hp app, cleaned, aligned, diagnostic. When it prints one of the test sheets there is a white line on the green block that suggests to align it but I have done this more than once with no results.

Thanks for the information.

Not sure, though "blurry" perhaps indicates a dirty printer.
If it's been a while since you have done so, try cleaning the rollers (inside the printer).
Pure water on a dampened, lint-free swab.
What else?
A recheck of the rollers and a simple power reset might help.
If you have not already done so,
HP DeskJet Printers - E4 (Paper jam) error
Steps 5 and 6
Not likely (and already mentioned in the Troubleshooting guide) -
Try some different paper
What else?
Just FYI --
If you have not done so,
Remember that using the Embedded Web Server (EWS) can be used to view and adjust your printer's features.
The method is still kind of cramped on a Phone, but it might help.
Worth a look...
EWS > HP Document / How-to (InkJet Printers – Original Format)
Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
NOTE: Find printer IP address
Section Open the EWS over a local network orientation
OR
HP Laser Printers - Using the Printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Example - EWS - Tools > Utilities > Print Quality Toolbox
EWS_7855_Tools_Utilities_Print_Quality_Toolbox_1
