I accidentally purchased the wrong ink cartridges for my printer. I even went looking for the correct ones (61), and then saw a combo black/color pack and didn't even notice they were 60 cartridges. I didn't notice this until I loaded them into my printer and it said not compatible. Is there anything I can do in this situation, like an exchange or a coupon?
And does anyone have any tips about how to store these incorrect cartridges? they've been removed from the package and the sticker peeled off, I don't want them to dry out.
