I just bought a brand new black 64 ink cartridge for my HP Envy Photo 7155. It continues to say there is a communication error and it is not fixed by taking out and replacing or powering down completely. After further investigation it appears as though the dots on the copper do not match the dots in the printer itself. What can I do to fix or replace the cartridge since I just purchased this not even half hour ago, but Walmart will not return?
