Brand new sealed ink cartridge box filled with Elmers Glue rather than ink

I bought a brand new completely sealed 63 XL black ink cartridge and instead of ink being inside there was a bubble wrapped bag with two sticks of Elmer’s Glue inside. Box was sealed and inside a locked compartment at the store so it was unable to be accessed. Spent $50 for two sticks of glue.
