Hi im new on here. I've seen many threads on the subject. I bought an HP envy 6055 printer from Amazon. The setup ink cartridges did not come with it even though the box said included. Can't reach tech support and Amazon said 2 months but I need this now. Please help me bypass this setup ink cartridge. I bought a regular replacement black in cartridge

@KingKevin24, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I ordered the HP envy 6055 and it didnt come with the SETUP ink cartridges. It’s not letting me use regular ink, I keep getting a “use setup cartridges” error message. Can someone please tell me how to override this.
