Product: HP office jet pro 9010 series

I don't use color cartridges.  How do I bypass empty color cartridges on my HP OfficePro 9010 series to only print in black

Hi,

You cannot bypass this, your printer requires all ink cartridges available for printing and maintenance purpose, you must replace any empty color to resume printer.
