HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

HP is frustrating me, as I just called the support number and was told that they were going to send me a link to access the document that I needed to fix this issue, as I do not have the start up cartridges for this printer.  That was a complete LIE.  That representative sent me to the community dashboard to READ about this same issue and I cannot access the personal links that were sent to those users that are having the same issue.  This is really bad customer service.  I would them rather say, there is nothing I can do but send you back to the dashboard for you to read about it, but not provide any fixes.  What is the solution to this?

5230 5055 6055 7520 Remove all paper from the printer then follow instructions here

 

It worked for 6055

please let me know if the 6052 works
