Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 use 964 Inkjets?  I bought the printer in the U.S. but moved to Belize.  I didn't see "Belize" as a Regional Option, so can't change it from U.S.

 

My printer is now frozen until I add 962 Inkjets, and there are NONE available in Belize.  

 

Can I just put in 964 inkjets and it will automatically give me an option to choose another region?  And if so, which region/country should I choose?  

 

And if it won't give me the ability to choose another region, this printer is then useless to me?

 

Please advise as soon as possible.
