Welcome to the HP Community --
The printer is not aware of what it is printing - this includes the size of the content.
Control the size of the content in the application / software used to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer.
Browsers and some print applications might include a Scale setting --
Scale decreases / increases the overall size of the content when it is printed.
Browser Print - Firefox -
Adobe Reader - PDF - Menu options

What else?
The original document can usually be modified to change the actual size of the fonts used to construct that document.
The following example for Word illustrates how to change the font -- in the sample, the "Set as Default" selection is set for "All documents" -- you could instead select to change the fonts for just the current document.
