HP DeskJet Plus 4140 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11
I installed ink on the printer(envy 4250) and started printing. You know what, my printer is totally broken.
I tried everything but died. it happen was last week.
So I bought a new HP printer(HP 4100) this week but can't use the new printer ink because the old printer's ink is HP63, the new printer's ink is HP67.

Here is my question.
1. Can I exchange HP 63 for HP67? I bought end of December from Amazon and I opened the package so I am not sure I can.
2. If is impossible to change, can I donate ink somewhere? Because it is almost $50 ink but I just printed the test page only. it is new ink.

Thank you
