HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

I was previously enrolled with instant ink with an older printer years ago. I was in the US at the time, however I have since moved to the UK. I have just purchased a new printer and the issue I keep running into is that I can't change my shipping address from my previous US one. Not only can I not change the country, I can't change the address at all. I have tried going under "Shipping & Billing" under my account, but for some reason the "Mange your shipping address" and "Manage your payment method" links are grayed out and I can't click them.
