Hello,
I have an HP Smart Tank Plus 555 printer, I can't print in black, only color works. When I ask for a diagnosis, HP Smart tells me that there is no problem with the print heads (black and color). I've bought a black print head but I can't replace it because the carriage won't move as the printer doesn't detect an error.
Any ideas please?

J'ai une imprimante HP Smart Tank Plus 555, je ne peux pas imprimer en noir, seule la couleur marche. Lorsque je demande un diagnostic, HP Smart me répond qu'il n'y a aucun problème avec les têtes d'impression (noire et couleur). J'ai acheté une tête d'impression noir mais je ne peux pas la remplacer car le chariot ne se déplace pas étant donné que l'imprimante ne détecte pas d'erreur.
Une idée svp ?

Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
Check ink levels and fill the tanks
- Low ink levels can impact print quality. Refill any tanks that are low on ink.
- HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP ink. If you do not use genuine HP ink and HP printheads, the steps in this document might not resolve print quality issues.
- Note:
- Purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies from the HP Store or local retailers.
- On the control panel, look for CMYK and the blinking Ink icons
. The Printhead icons
might also blink.
Fill any tanks that are low on ink.

If there is a carriage jam, Click here
Update the firmware. Click here
