It is RIDICULOUS that HP can NOT answer their phones to answer a customer's question.  They should ALL be well....can't say openly...So fine....My printer doesn't work and I have NO CHOICE, but to ask "the COMMUNITY"  What **bleep**!

Would like to help you out but you need to provide some details. Is this a print defect or simply no color at all. Do reports from the control panel such as supplies status have expected color? By far the most common issue we run into is related to a failure of the driver installation  process to recognize that the printer supports color. You can check this by doing the following: on your computer go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and then select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. On the next window that opens click on the device options tab and scroll down to find the "device type" option and make sure it is set to color and not monochrome.

If this is not the issue, please post back with some details and I will try to assist you further.
