I used my printer a few hours ago and everything was fine and dandy. I just went to print another document, and the pages came out blank. I tried cleaning the print head multiple times but it’s still printing blank pages. I changed out both color and black cartridges and still nothing is printing. I’ve tried the clean print head scripts again and still nothing.

First things first, restart everything. Turn off your printer, unplug it for about 2 minutes, restart your Mac, and then turn the printer back on. This can clear up any minor issues.

Next, check your ink cartridges to ensure they are properly installed and have ink. It's best to use genuine HP cartridges if possible.

Now, run a print head cleaning from the HP Smart app or directly from the printer settings. This can often resolve issues with blank prints.

Make sure your paper and print settings are correct. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners on your Mac and ensure the correct paper type is selected.

If the problem persists, you might need to reset the printing system. In System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, right-click your printer and select "Reset printing system." Then, re-add the printer and try printing again.

You could also reinstall the printer drivers. Uninstall the printer from your Mac, download the latest drivers from HP’s website, and reinstall them.

If it's still printing blank, the printhead may be clogged or faulty. Try a deep cleaning or contact HP support for further assistance.
