Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Please help!  I'm getting the error Cartridge: Not Intended for Use in Current Device

 

I'm in the US, but apparently had z20 cartridges before.  I have a full set of the proper z10 cartridges, but it says they are not compatible.

 

The blue z20 cartridge is depleted, so the printer is inoperable and we need to print some tax documents.
