Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

I have the HP All In One 4650 printer.  Today the ink failed with no warning.  Normally I get warnings when a tank is running out.  Nothing.  Also, I'm on Instant Ink and account is paid up to date.  I didn't even notice that no new ink cartridges have been received for months.  So now, I have a real problem!  My printer shows the "replace cartridge" error only and can't reset.  HP Smart Assistant on my PC won't connect to or interface with the printer due to the error.  Help needed!  This is a business printer and I need it daily.
