Change Malaysian region of HP3830 (HP680 ink)

Hi,

Having to move to Spain, have an HP Deskjet Advantage 3830 all in one (with 680 inks), How do I reset to Spain region and what cartridges do I install?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Yes, we'll have to do a region reset.

To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer. 

3. You need to have all the cartridges from the old region/country.

Thank you for reply--as printer is now being shipped to Spain---

It has the original inks in plus 1 spare (Malaysia)

WHAT ink cartridge number do I need to buy in Spain once region is changed?

Do I need to contact via this means to change location on software when my furniture (printer) arrives in Spain?

According to this document, kindly buy HP 302 ink cartridges if you are in Spain.
