Good day,
I need to change the printer region of my OfficeJet 3833 from USA to Germany because the 302 ink cartridges keep getting rejected.
Please let me know how to do that.
Thanks and Friendly Regards
Nico 🙂

@Niccoo, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges after moving to a different country. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer which may resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Have a great day!
