Hello, there! Good day! I hope you can help me. I have problems with my HP printer. I moved from Brazil to Germany and I bought a new ink here compatible with my printer (302). When I tried printing it says the listed above are not intended for use in this printer as it is currently configured, displaying the message it is not compatible. I need support on change my printer's region from Brazil to Germany, to be able to use the cartridges from here.

My printer was bought around 6 years ago, but both cartridges (302 color and black) are HP originals and bought last week.

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
