I have recently moved from Hong Kong to UK with my HP Tango X printer. However, when I printed some documents yesterday and the ink is running low. So I went to buy HP 303 ink which is suitable for Tango X according to the box.
Nevertheless, when I replaced the ink in my printer it said I can’t use this ink. After some google search, I find that my printer have to change the region code to use Europe edition ink.
Can anyone help me to change the region code so that my newly bought Tango X can be used.

Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
