Product: HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Was changing my color ink cartridge and the printer did not want to except that cartridge.  Do I sent it back, will they give me a replacement, which I'll need a new one soon, what, what do I do.  

Also, my records show that the last time they sent me a black cartridge was back in Sept. 2021.  I am NOW in need for them to send me a new one, but the records said, NO UNTIL I PUT A NEW ONE IN, which I don't have!!!! AGAIN, what, what do I do! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
