Hello,
I have a HP Deskjet 2132 that came from another region and only works with 803 cartridge. In my current country (France) there is only the 302 which is incompatible with the printer setting. Please tell me how can I change the region code of my printer so that it can accept the 302 cartridges.
Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Yes, we'll have to do a region reset.
To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges from the old region/country.
Please do let us know.

Thanks!
Have a great day!

Hello Betty0610,
Thanks for the reply.
1. Yes the printer is connected to a PC using USB cable.
2. The software is installed on the PC.
3. I only have the color cartridge from the old region, the old toner is missing.
Please tell me if this would work.
Best regards.
