Hi all,

I have been using the above printer for a while and it has been serving me well. But recently, the printer seems to not able to print an entire page, always leaving certain parts of the page blank (as much as about 1/3 of a page). I tried both black & white printing and color printing and both has the same issue. Please refer to attached demo print out that I tried earlier today. Do note that I have just changed my toners and they are all new and full. Did calibration and cleaning and still facing the same problem. Any advice will be great! Thanks in advance!

I understand you are facing print quality issues.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n and M177fw Printer Series and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

If the error persists,
