Product: HP Color Laser 150nw

HP ColorLaser 150nw  is 1 year old and recently it started getting these faint ink duplicates from the document. I’ve tried cleaning the inside of the printer carefully and following instructions and the problem remains. I’ve checked and it happens both in b&w printing and colour text docs however it doesn’t appear when it’s a full colour document. 

What could be the issue? I’m attaching some photos here:
