I have a new Laser Jet Pro M255dw, using the original toner cartridges that came with it. They are still half full, and the diagnostic prints look all fine: all colors are working, no stripes or misalignments). However, all prints appear unnaturally blue and the warmth is missing. Red and yellow areas in the picture are clearly printed, just not at the right color balance. It looks a bit like a printout that has been exposed to sunlight for a while.
The problem is not related to the Windows program I am using to print. I am not pedantic -- the problem is so evident that it renders the printer useless, at least as a photo printer.

Hi,
From the printing application click File > Pinter and then click on Settings / Options / Preferences to access the Printing Preferences dialog.
Within the Color tab change the Color Theme RGB Mode to Photo or Vivid and check if other color profile may provide you better results.

Thanks, yes, I've already done that and checked all four different color schemes. The print results change, but the problem persists. In 'vivid' the colors become more intense and vibrant, but the blue is also enhanced. The difference between a natural color image and what I get is much more significant than the subtle differences between these color schemes. Again, I am not super-critical; until recently I had a Konica-Minolta laser printer, which was not rated as a photo printer, and there the color balance was just fine.
