Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Since I upgraded to Windows 11, my computer has been having stress.  I couldnt get my printer to print, fixed that.  Then it wouldnt except the toner cartridges that we have used for over a year, fixed that with updating firmware/drivers. Now it is doing this.  I have tried everything to get it to fix, but no luck.  Wish I had never upgraded to Window 11.  Please help.  I don't know what else to do.
