Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a instant ink subscription which was working OK, but for some reason out of the blue the colour ink cartridge (65/304) has now stopped being recognized by the printer (No ink level displaying) which prevents the printer from printing.
I have tried 2/3 times removing/replacing the cartridge and cleaning as per instruction of HP website. The printer once recognized the cartridge and printed a couple of sheets before going straight back to cartridge not being recognized again.
Can I please get a some help with this issue ?!
