Hi
I wonder if anyone could explain why my HP5520 printer won’t print colours, the coloured image comes out as mainly light green and with stripes running vertically. 
 
When I went to tools it showed that the new magenta cartridge may not be printing as there is a qhite rectangle? Pls see image? The b/w and other colours did print using HP tools.

How do I fix this?

Do you have adequate amount of ink left in all cartridges

 

Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03955472 to clean the printhead
