I am trying to print below image.
But this is what my printer prints (below image is outcome of my HP inkjet printer).
I am using original HP ink cartridge and both color + blanks inks are more than 50% filled. I also tried 'Clean Printheads' but no luck. Please help

Hi @PA241986,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you’re using original HP ink cartridges and still experiencing issues after trying to clean the printheads, here are some additional steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
1. Check for Clogs and Residue
- Manual Cleaning: Turn off the printer and remove the ink cartridges. Use a lint-free cloth or paper towel to gently wipe the printhead contacts. You can also use a bit of distilled water to dampen the cloth.
- Soak the Printhead: If you suspect severe clogs, soak the printhead (the part that touches the paper) in a shallow dish of distilled water for a few hours, then dry it carefully before reinstalling.
2. Check Print Quality Settings
- In your printer settings, ensure that the print quality is set to a suitable level (like "Best" or "Normal") rather than "Draft," as lower settings might skip colors.
3. Run a Print Quality Diagnostic
- Most HP printers have a built-in diagnostic tool. Check your printer’s menu for options like Print Quality Diagnostic or Print Test Page to identify which colors may be failing.
4. Ensure Proper Installation of Cartridges
- Double-check that the cartridges are installed correctly and securely. Sometimes, a cartridge may not be seated properly.
5. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. Go to the HP support website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.
6. Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. It can diagnose and fix various printing issues automatically.
7. Reset the Printer
- Try resetting the printer to factory settings. Refer to your printer’s manual for instructions on how to do this.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
