The printer will not print Cyan.  I have followed all the guidance for printer cleaning and am using new HP cartridges but it still refuses to print cyan

I understand that need to know that print black and white print will the color cartridge is also used.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

Unfortunately your answer did not help at all.  All it did was went through all the steps shown in your standard fault rectification process.  I am not that stupid to have not gone through those myself before contacting you.

`We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the printer that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

 

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
