Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

All I wish to do is get the printer to print from the machine

The message  - HP Instant Ink Problem

Cannot print. Visit  www.hpinstantink.com for information.

The Printer has been out of action for a few months and I have registered in my name.

Previous it was Keith Bell.

Hope you can help me here.
