Product: LaserJet CP1025nw color printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a LaserJet CP1025nw color. I ordered tones cartridges through HP on line which said I needed a 3 pack of toner. They sent me CE312A, CE313A, AND CE311A. Which do i use in my printer.

That appears to be a color multipack so you have a yellow, cyan and magenta cartridge. Replace the color that the printer is asking for. They do not need to be replaced at the same time if only one is empty.
