1. You can check original cartridges scanning with your phone the QR code label that is printed on the right side of the cartridge box
- Reference document:
- https://www.hp.com/us-en/cartridge/anti-counterfeit.html#tab=ink
- Label with QR code should look like the next examples:
2. Once you scan that label with your phone it will open a Web page with a button to "Verify"
3. After clicking that button this will show you a "Validation Results" and should display something like "OK, this product is genuine"
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
