- I have brought hp laser jet 1020 plus printer on sep 18. I used to take print using hp 12 a cartridge . When I used to print a document the print was cross printing it's also called (crooked or skewed output)I took word in hp page . Then I spoke to hp agent . They have arranged a HP service engineer and he too visited and he told the problem cant be SOLVED. FOR UR SATISFACTION I WILL ARRANGE (DOA) A WEEK LATER I GOT THE NEW PRINTER STILL I HAVE FACE A SAME USE . WHAT SHALL I DO NOW. Hp service center gave a voice statement statement that we cant solve this problem and I have a old same model printer but I did not face any problem like this . But i face a problem in new one . Please help me to solve this problem . And I am not well in english but I tried to type. Thank you.
