Windows 10 - 64bit, OfficeJet 6978, all software is up to date.Model# T0F29A,[personal information removed]
Cyan color has not printed since I changed to a new cyan cartridge.
Cleaned printheads twice, still no cyan printing.
Performed a hard reset, per Jeet Singh 2018 post.
Removed orange nubs, to make it flush.
I have replaced cyan cartridge with anothe new cartridge, and performed same as above again, Still no cyan color is printing.
I have had this printer for over 3 years and previous to this issue, it was working fine.
Appreciate any help here. Thank you!

I'd like to help!
I understand that the printer is not printing cyan.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

If the printer is in warranty , you can reach the HP Phone support team for service options.
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further
