Hi @Hollywood3283,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet 3755 printer is not printing Cyan color properly or at all, here are some steps you can take to diagnose and possibly resolve the issue.
- Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the Cyan ink cartridge has ink remaining. You can check the ink levels through the printer's control panel or by using the HP Smart app on your smartphone or computer.
- Clean Print Heads: Sometimes, print heads can become clogged or blocked. Use the printer's built-in cleaning function to clean the print heads. This can usually be done through the printer's menu or settings.
- Align Print Heads: If the print heads are misaligned, colors may not print correctly. Use the printer's alignment function to align the print heads. This is often found in the printer's settings or maintenance menu.
- Print a Test Page: Print a diagnostic or test page from the printer itself. This can help you identify if the issue is with the printer hardware or with the computer/software you are printing from.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve printing issues.
- Check Printer Settings: Make sure that the printer settings on your computer or device are correctly configured to allow color printing and that the correct paper type and print quality settings are selected.
- Inspect the Cyan Cartridge: Remove the Cyan ink cartridge and inspect it for any protective tapes or covers that might still be attached. These need to be removed before the cartridge can function properly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
