OfficeJet 6950 will not print Cyan.
Cartridge is full and original ie sent from HP directly as part of Instant Ink subscription.
A three-level printhead clean seems successful, but the next time I print I again get very smeared lines across all colours involving cyan, and as the printing goes on (eg a photo) it seems to wear out even further leaving me with almost no cyan. A blue sky photo is coming out basically stripy print.
It is taking an inordinate amount of time to keep doing 3-level cleaning and it doesn't fix the issue anyway. The printer is a few years old, but surely this is not acceptable?!
