Cyan not printing

My printer has stopped printing Cyan.  I have replaced the Cyan, Yellow, and Black cartridges.  The Magenta is still about half full.  I have run several test prints, alignments, cleanings, and all.

I've attached two documents -- a document to test Cyan printing, and what actually printed.

This is a map with basically an all light blue front page.  Here's how it printed.Should be blue
