@Lilhitesh, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Missing Colors in Print Quality Diagnostic Page!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If the colors cyan, yellow, light cyan, and light yellow are not printing on the print quality diagnostic page, even after attempting to clean the printheads multiple times, it may indicate an issue with the printheads themselves. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:
Printhead Alignment and Cleaning:
- Double-check the printhead alignment using the printer's maintenance software to ensure they are correctly positioned.
- Attempt printhead cleaning through the printer's maintenance options one more time, as repeated cleanings sometimes resolve stubborn issues.
Inspecting the Diagnostic Page:
- On the diagnostic page, check for any block of colors that show white streaks or are missing entirely. If cleaning the printheads does not resolve the issue, specific printheads may require replacement.
Replace Faulty Printheads:
- Based on the results of the diagnostic page, if streaks are present in particular blocks, you might need to replace certain printheads:
- If cyan blocks (e.g., A2, A3, and B3) are showing streaks or are missing, consider replacing the cyan printhead.
- For yellow blocks (e.g., B2, B3, C2, and C3), replace the yellow printhead.
- If light cyan blocks (e.g., C2, D1, and D2) are missing, replace the light cyan printhead.
- In some printers, light yellow might be replaced with the combined effort of replacing light magenta and other color printheads.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
