Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer won't duplex print. Looking at the onboard device configuration, the webpage reports the duplexer version is set to 0 - does this mean i dont have a duplexer on board?

You have a duplex, make sure it's set to Installed in device settings

the settings look different in win10x64.

but changing the duplex unit to installed and hitting update won’t save. It reverts back to not installed.
