HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer

Hi everyone,

I recently received a defective ink cartridge for my HP OfficeJet. The bottom half of the cartridge arrived broken, I didn't notice this until after I installed it, and I got an error message saying it didn’t work. I followed all of the troubleshooting prompts through the HP Virtual Assistant, but unfortunately, nothing resolved the issue. The warranty date for it is 2026/12/30.

Has anyone else experienced this? What’s the best way to get this replaced quickly? I realize it's Sunday so I wonder if I should contact HP directly, or if there is a way to process this through a warranty/exchange system online?
