I recently ordered new ink (not in the Instant Ink subscription). Now the red/pink cartridge does not work. I have not been able to get any support through the automated assistant. In addition to that, the message on the printer screen does not page to the 2nd page and the screen locks up.
If I can't get assistance and a replacement cartridge, I will dispute my credit card payment for the print cartridges I just paid for.
