I have been using an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 for years -- unfortunately the design of the ink cartridge definitely needs some work as the orange tab that has to be snapped off before installing a cartridge is awkward and hard to get off at best.  I have arthritis in my hands and can never get the orange tab off using my hands - I have to use other items available to pry the orange tab off -- this morning when changing the cartridges I bent my fingernail all the way back trying to get the orange tabs off the ink cartridges -- it should not be this difficult to get a simple ink cartridge open.  After numerous *)&^%#&** words expressed regarding the design of the ink cartridges and getting my fingernail to stop bleeding, I felt the best thing to do was provide you this constructive feedback in hopes your engineers/designers can improve this product
