I replaced my old 8023 printer with a new one and used the old cartridges which have ink.
I now replaced them with the cartridges which I got when I bought the printer and got the massage:
Do not use setup Cartridges K. The color cartridges are fine.
What should I do

To help get things back on track, could you please confirm:

🖋Before using the ink from your old printer, did you first install the Setup cartridges that came sealed in the box with your new printer? These are essential for the initial printer activation, and skipping this step can lead to the error message you're seeing.
 

📸 Also, to get a better sense of what’s happening and assist you more accurately, could you please share clear images of the cartridges currently installed in your new printer? Seeing the labels and physical condition can help us identify if the correct cartridges are in use and guide you accordingly.
