Assuming "HP Smart for Mobile" is supported,
Easier method is to create a Smart Task for a two-sided print job.
HP Smart Tasks for Windows and HP Smart Mobile
Where available, Smart Tasks can be configured for several print tasks.
- Print: Send a print job to your printer.
- Email: Send an email message or attachments.
- Save to: Save a file to a cloud storage account, such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.

When you are setting up your Smart Task, Click the main aspects of the job - for example, Create a Smart Task > Print > Two-sided, then watch for a tiny vertical slider menu just above the "Done" button (bottom screen, center)
