Thank you for responding.

 

I would request you to please try the following one last check:

 

  • Remove the tri-color printhead from the printer.
  • Inspect the printhead and the electrical contacts for any ink buildup or contamination.
  • Gently clean the electrical contacts using a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water, then allow them to dry completely.
  • Reinstall the printhead securely and print another Print Quality Diagnostic Page.

If the yellow section remains completely blank after cleaning the printhead and performing multiple deep cleaning cycles, it indicates that the tri-color printhead needs to be serviced.
