The printer is telling me that a non-HP cartridge is installed (it’s IS a genuine one) and now won’t print. I’ve restored to factory settings, but still nothing. I don’t have any more cartridges and am reluctant to buy more in case it still doesn’t work because it’s almost cheaper to buy a new printer.... really fed up. Why are the manufacturers so greedy?
Anyone got an idea what to try next? How can I safely clean the connections?
