Hi, I have purchased directly from HP the Envy 6032 and it is advertised on the website ( and documentation in box) to come with 5 months instant ink free. There was no redemption code in the box therefore I called support who directed me to enrol onto a an instant ink plan, which I did, but still the 5 months free trial has not been activated??
